«Roentgenprom» JSC is the largest producer of X-ray medical equipment in Russia. Today the company produces the following:
«Roentgenprom» is company, which produces new film chest survey units and the unique producer in Russia that has developed the turnout of digital radiographic apparatus of two types that are the most widespread in our country:
- Scanning devices
- The apparatus that use X-ray cameras with charge—coupled detectors (CCD).
Today «Roentgenprom» has made and delivered over 1000 units of the large equipment. Among constant clients there are Medical Care Institution of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Central Directorate (administrative board) of Execution of Punishment, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Federal Security Service. The devices are established and work not only in Russia, but also abroad (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Kyrghyzstan, Latvia, Morocco, Mongolia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and the Ukraine).
«Roentgenprom» is upgrading the old film chest survey unit to digital ones, using its own device — a digital chest survey complex PHOENIX-4000.
The special tendency of «Roentgenprom» activity is the creation of medical information systems intended for automation of medical care activity. In cooperation with doctors and organizers of medical process the following things are developed:
- radiological information system «Ariadna» which provides the input, storage and analysis of radiological images, covers such kinds of medical care activity, as registry, staff department, radiologists and assistants’ workbenches and a medical statistics workbench
- the automated workbench of the doctor of ultrasonic. The program is used when the inspections of patients in ultrasonic diagnostics room is taking place, and includes the full description of all ultrasonic characteristics of researched organs, their sizes, regional lymph nodes and surrounding tissues, made by a standard technique(method).
The company holds consultations of radiologists, commercial firms occupied with searching of the radiological equipment, offers decisions for radiology, carries out guarantee and warranty service, trains experts, and renders consulting and technical support to the clients.
The faultless quality of servicing and efficiency of deliveries and installation of the equipment is provided due to a thought over and perfected with years system of all services of the enterprise work. The main task of Roentgenprom JSC is creation of the modern x-ray medical equipment of high quality and safety level.
In 2002 the company quality management system for the design/development, production, installation, servicing and distribution of x-ray devices was developed, introduced and certified (Notified body SGS Switzerland SA, ISO 9001-2000 ).
In 2004 the EUROCAT Institute for certification and testing (Germany) confirmed that quality management system of Roentgenprom JSC meets EN ISO 13485:2003 requirements for quality management systems of medical equipment manufacturers (certificate DIN EN ISO 13485:2003). At the same time the «Low-dose digital scanning fluorograph FMcs-»ProScan«became the first x-ray device of russian manufacture which received СЕ-mark ( «СЕ»).
In 2006 the EUROCAT Institute for certification and testing confirmed that quality management system of Roentgenprom JSC meets ISO 9001:2000 requirements (DIN EN ISO 9001:2000), and also Roentgenprom’s products were certified on conformity with 93/42/EEC medical devices directive requirements («EC–Certificate» ) with the right of СЕ-marking for the following products ( Enclosure of EC–Certificate, Medical devices Directive 93/42/EEC ): -
